Moving from Within - Yoga Retreat

This retreat offers a guided path to self-discovery through yoga asana, meditation, mindfulness, philosophy, and chanting. Participants will reconnect with their inner selves, unwind in nature, and rediscover the depth of their being beyond the surface. Suitable for both new and experienced practitioners, the program is conducted in English and takes place in the tranquil Uckermark countryside, just an hour from Berlin.
