MA Devised Theatre and Performance

The MA Devised Theatre and Performance is an intensive, practice-based one-year research program at arthaus.berlin, running annually from September to June. Designed for professional performers, the program emphasizes embodiment as a pathway to personal authenticity and creative autonomy. Students engage in collaborative devising, performance research, and reflective practice, culminating in an independent research project. The program is accredited by Rose Bruford College in the UK.
