Advanced Acrobatics & Contortion

Our weekly acro classes are tailored towards those who wish to push themselves further in acro and contortion, focusing on discipline, technique, and strength. Classes follow the AcroArts Syllabus, allowing children to take exams if they wish, working on skills including aerial cartwheels and backwards walk-overs.
