Practiced in small groups of 2 to 4 people, it emphasizes strength, flexibility, collaboration, and courage. Suitable for all levels, from beginners learning somersaults to those already performing flips. The competitive athletes have earned numerous regional and national titles, balancing fun and performance. Trial lessons are available for the recreational group.
