Lucidity Contemporary Dance Syllabus

Lucidity Contemporary offers a dynamic dance curriculum emphasizing emotional connection, controlled leg work, torso contract-release, floor work, and unpredictable changes in rhythm, speed, and direction. The syllabus comprises 11 levels, from Level 1 (recommended age 7) to Level 10, culminating in the Solo Seal examination. It is compulsory for registered studios to enter Lucidity students for examinations or assessments annually. Choreography is prohibited for use in open classes. The program is designed for students of all ages and abilities, with age guidelines provided for each level. Students can enter the syllabus at any age and ability, with placement recommendations based on age and experience.
